I usually have a good experience when ordering take out, but noticed a lack of care from the newer employees. They give less per bowl (maybe 60% the usual amount) and they don't understand food safety. My partner is celiac and can't eat gluten. The workers were clearly spreading toppings onto soft shell tacos (wheat based), then put the spoon back into the meat, contaminating it so anyone with a food allergy would get sick. I normally don't add low ratings unless someone smiles. Is that simple. I went to this place as a delivery driver and the way the person who was in the counter treated me is really unfriendly and unprofessional. He shouted first asking number (No greeting or smile and I am just 3 feet away from the counter) and I feel like I am not part of his customer care. I hope in future people will learn to respect delivery drivers much more and understand their part of local businesses. Pros. Not much waiting

Hot,fresh and delicious. Customer service is average. No conversation or friendly interaction, but food was served and prepared nicely. I ordered a burrito bowl with chips. Portions are plentiful.
