For my first time experiencing Ethiopian and Eritrean food, I can honestly say with absolute certainty that it is something special, and I have Massawa to thank for that. We were a party of three, and we ordered the mixed combo. Even though the menu said that it’s good for 2-3 people, I think it could still feed four people with a healthy appetite! Massawa Restaurant is such a hidden gem. I came here on a date with my boyfriend and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. This is a picture of the Tibsi Combo (Recommended for 2-3ppl) after two very hungry people ate until they were full. SO DELICIOUS! The injera bread is a flavor bomb...full of sourdough-y goodness.
