The meal package ( $55/person ) had few choices. Amongst our orders, we had the lamb, salmon, and 2x the French toast. The lamb and salmon were excellent dishes well worth the price but my son and I ordered the French toast which in my opinion, I would not have paid more than $10. Although you would have expected this dish to be the largest, the pieces of toast were 1"x1"x4". It seems that the may have run out of b
