I went 3 times to get treats for my birthday, to order a birthday cake and to pay for it. Every time, the staff are so nice and friendly, good customer service. Everyone loved the ice cream cake birthday cake I ordered. My daughter loved it very much, really beautiful! I also bought an ice cream cake for my friend and she loved it. So this is one of the places that will always come to our mind when we think about ice cream cake and ice cream because we really enjoy their favors, a lot to choose from. My favorite one is ube coconut

We had a very serious and frustrating experience at this Baskin-Robbins location. My husband specifically asked the staff member (Michelle) if an ice cream cake was gluten-free because our children have gluten allergies. He was clearly told that it was gluten-free. After bringing the cake home and cutting into it, we discovered that it was NOT gluten-free. Thankfully, my mom tried it first—otherwise this could have caused a serious allergic reaction for our kids. We immediately called the store, and Michelle told us to come in for a refund and said we did NOT need to bring the cake back. I

Delayed review. This visit was on 22 July 2023. Swung by to get my ice cream fix. Didn’t need tasting as I’d knew which flavours Id wanted. But as more customers streamed in & some were asking for samples. The 2 girls working were extremely friendly. Dining area was a little small & a little dirty. Saw some people standing & eating outside instead. But ice cream & cone satisfied the cravings as usual.
