The place itself is amazing and full of character. The kufta and hawawshi were genuinely delicious. Unfortunately, the service was the complete opposite. We arrived around 3 PM when the restaurant was almost empty—only two other customers were there. Still, we had to wait quite a while for someone to take our order. When the server finally approached the counter(her name was Farah, according to the receipt), she was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. I asked a few questions about the offers, and her attitude was dismissive and borderline aggressive. She said the order would take 15 minutes, but we ended up waiting for over an hour. Meanwhile, the place was swarming with flies, which made the experience even worse. We also weren’t given any cutlery for the salad, and our order came out scattered and disorganized. To top it off, when I asked whether sandwiches came with salad, I was told no—so I paid 50 EGP for a separate salad collection, only to find out the sandwiches did inclu
