The rooms were spacious and clean with private bathroom and hot water. The WiFi worked a little bit more than half the time (which is excellent compared to most places in Ethiopia). TV includes BBC news and the restaurant had excellent shiro tegabino and cheap beer prices, but is also close to the excellent Four Sisters restaurant. The owner speaks excellent English and is extremely helpful with knowledge of the city. They let me leave my bag free of charge for a 4 day Simien Mountains Tour. Price was 300 in low season.The only complaint is that the coffee is terrible. Food is good, but get coffee elsewhere.

Very Bad Experience. The staff seems nice upon my very late arrival. My room was dirty, no toilet paper, bed was covered in bed bugs so I was itchy and covered in bites all night. My room was the only unlucky room without hot water. I told the receptionist about the bedbugs and no hot water in my room. He didn't care at all about the bedbugs and first it looked like he was going to check my hot water problem for me but then disappeared. The cleaner lady kept telling me to give her the key, even though I still had 20 minutes left for check out. My neighbor was a tour guide who spoke English, he pretended he wanted to help me and offered his shower with hot water as he was also checking out. However he waited in the room while I had a shower and as soon as I came out he tried to grab and kiss me and even came knocking on my door again to say with a dirty voice that I had to come back to his room to see if I forgot something. Algo caro para lo que ofrece. Habitaciones limpias, ducha con agua caliente. El personal es bastante parco en palabras, aunque cumple su función. Dejamos ropa para la lavandería advirtiendo que nos íbamos al día siguiente y nunca la llegaron a lavar. La cafetería es más que pobre, fuimos a desayunar y no había de nada, ni siquiera mermelada, así que lo sustituyeron por kétchup... El personal no habla apenas inglés y es muy difícil comunicarse con ellos, sobretodo con las chicas de la cafetería. La WiFi no iba apenas en la habitación, había que salir fuera para poder conectarse.
