One of the best, if not the best fine dining experience in town. In season local produce, cooked with real talent. Intresting wine list. A Vegetarian option which is not a punishment. Portion size is perfect. Good atmosphere, background music, deco and service. Prices are good for the level of work involved. My new favourite table in Amiens.

So glad I managed to find this place to have lunch before leaving Amiens. Everything is so colourful. Pork is nicely done and the cooked sausage sauce goes perfect with it. Layer of cabbage is nicely cooked. I can appreciate the catherdral while sitting outside. This is a must visit place for gourmet food lovers.

We had a lovely dinner here. The food was delicious and it is a beautiful space. Our waitress was very friendly and patient with our broken French and very kindly offered tailored wine suggestions based on our tastes. The only thing we felt would help would be to have a dedicated maitre d' as the one waitress was very busy and also helping with plating dishes. The Hyacinthe team is clearly ambitious and full of talent - would definitely recommend.
