Richard in Dallas★★★★We went here on the recommendation of our hotel (Le Calendral) just down the street. We had a mixed experience mainly because my wife decided she didn't like Provencal Aoli but my fish soup and lamb shank was excellent. Communication was a bit haphazard but that's because my French is as good as their English. One issue was that we were never given the full menu, only the specials, which was a shame because when I saw a posted one the next day there were a lot of things I would liked to have tried.
R M the Scot★★★★★We came here twice in our three nights in Arles we enjoyed it so much. The food, wine and service were all just what we had hoped for. Of special note is the fish soup - the best we have eaten anywhere!
Chuck Spina★★★First know they do not speak any English or any menus in English so better have a good translate phone app. The Bouillabaisse was first overpriced at 47 euro for what it was like 1 shrimp in it. Anyway the best places you need to make reservations well in advance.
Cross Bones★★★★★Small French only restaurant with traditional regional specialties. Amazing food at a very good price. Don’t come if you don’t like garlic, expect English to be the first spoken language or want to send your food back if you don’t like it, this place would be wasted on you.
