My experience with Japanese restaurants is pretty consistent: healthy and very tasty. Kids love it too. We ended up here because most restaurants were closed on May 1st, but we'd visit again.

There are too many sushi restaurants in Beauvais. Some are commercially acceptable, and a few are what we think of as back home in the US. We always feel welcomed here, genuinely. The husband and wife, who I am embarrassed to say, I don't know their names, are sincerely friendly and warming each time we arrive. Service is attentive, competent and enjoyable. Prices are modest. Three rolls of sushi with vinegared cold slaw salad and soup are 13 euros. Chirachi which is sliced fish over a bowl of vinegared rice is in the 13–15-euro range. The sake is 9 - 11 euros for a 250-375ml bottle.
