Julan Chu★★★★★What a wonderful find this restaurant was. We were visiting Besancon for a few days and were lucky to come across this place serving Chinese haute cuisine vegetarian fare. The chefs were trained at Cordon Bleu in Paris, and each dish is a little gem, delectable and beautifully presented. The portions are not large, but there are enough courses in the tasting menu that we came away feeling very satisfied but not stuffed - and the flavor combinations were amazing. The interior of the restaurant is simple yet elegant, very tastefully decorated, unpretentious, and the prices are quite reasonable.
