He takes care of every single guest. I have ordered andouillette (wild curiosity of a tourist…) but couldn’t eat it due to strong smell (as it should be). So I’ve ordered something new. He asked if I’m ok with my second order and if everything is fine with interest. When we checked the bill we saw that andouillette was not charged, I find this so kind. He was not there while we were leaving so we couldn’t thank him for great hospitality.
