Earlier this week, I bought some pastries. I'm a good customer, and a nice young man served me. He put them in little boxes so they wouldn't get damaged. Perfect. Today, the same thing happened, but with a saleswoman who refused to put them in a box. She was about as friendly as a freezer door and, to top it off, took 10 minutes to serve me. She was on her cell phone! As a result, I got home to find all the wrapping paper stuck together and the pastries crushed. It's already bad enough to be uneconomical, but to present ruined pastries is pathetic. Next time, I won't buy them unless they come
