I also had the set menu dinner, including a buffet starter (with delicious homemade coleslaw, and other tasty salad options), and I chose the chicken and chips which was fantastic. I was warmly welcomed and chatted with the owner. The food is what is to be expected, outstanding and home cooked. If you can and it's on offer, the stew is amazing. Hope to return for pleasure with my wife and friends.
