Daniel Lim★★★★★After a 20 hour commute, all I was looking for was a good meal. And Grand Cafe delivered. As a foreigner that couldn’t speak a word of French, was greeted by an extremely friendly floor manager who made sure I was assigned a waiter who could speak English. Service was great. Foie Gras was alright but the meal just kept getting better. The duck confit was so tender on the inside and crispy on the outside, with those unassuming potatoes being amazing sides. Star of my meal was the banoffee which had to be one of the best desserts I’ve had. Not too sweet and just right on the spot. Will revisit
Cissy McComb★★★★★We were greeted warmly and seated right away for our reservation. The food was very good. The server was a very good waiter. He had a lot going on but was very attentive. Very enjoyable.
Michael P★★★★★Just amazing. Good quality food, nice ambiente and very patient staff (we are non-native). Had been there two days in a row!
Julie Adair★★★★★Great, authentic local brasserie in the heart of Cholet. Friendly service and lovely ‘prix fixe’ menus at lunchtime alongside an extensive range of à la carte options too. Recommended.
