We went for lunch with friends, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The food wasn’t tasty, and some dishes were even slightly burnt. The service wasn’t great either. Overall, we were left with a very unpleasant impression of the restaurant. The crème brûlée was okay, but unfortunately, all the other dishes were not tasty. I barely ate anything.

We came upon LeStam while wandering around Colmar looking for a dinner spot. While I was hesitant at first, after talking with the unfriendly direction from staff downstairs, but we were happy when we went upstairs to the small dining room and met our server, Cassandra. We don't speak French and she spoke limited English, we were able to communicate and she was very friendly. The cordon bleu schnitzel was fantastic...I ate every bite! We would return.

Best restaurant in Colmar for hospitality and quality of food. Even in the high season many restaurants in Colmar close early (9.00pm/10.00pm) and do not accept customers even an hour before closing. Le Stam's service instead stands out for availability, flexibility in times and quality of food. Highly recommended!
