So I ordered the prok rib which is one and only pork dish in the menu. When the waitress come and serve my prok rib, I was like, ''man, this is the kind of pork that i'm talking about'' the meat was juicy, tender, meat and fat were well balanced plus the sauce is not overwhelming. I can 110% appreciate the quality of the meat. And the waiter recommended a wine that really goes well with my meat. The waiters were very friendly and did a great job. I'
