EDIT November 21: Still undersized portions, despite my calls I keep getting the same marketing spiel (yes, our salads are weighed (so check your measuring tools...). In short, it's becoming a real disappointment. The person in the kitchen who handles Deliveroo & Uber Eats orders really needs to be told they're being a bit heavy-handed. Photos attached. Hello, I don't understand the process. I placed an order on Deliveroo at 9 am for soup, a pie, and a main course. At noon, I received a notification that some items were unavailable. I don't understand the concept of selling items that don't exist and then waiting until the start of the lunch break to cancel the order. My colleague no longer had her chosen items in her order. Either the order should be canceled earlier so that we can reorder within the allotted time for our lunch break, or the service shouldn't sell items that are no longer available.
