I only order hot chocolate with oat milk and no cream on top. Mostly for takeaway, and there's not much wait. I came with my own cup, and the staff allowed it. It's great.

I ordered an ube matcha latte with oat milk, but I received a matcha latte without any ube. I tried to see if it was mixed in, but there was absolutely no ube flavor at all. I went back to ask for a replacement and got a new one—thank you for that—but even then, there was barely any ube in it. The promotional photo showing a beautiful purple color does not reflect reality at all. I also didn’t like the milk—it had a strange aftertaste. The matcha on top was good, though. Not to mention the restrooms—absolutely disgusting. The toilet was clogged and there was a terrible smell. I will never buy

What I love about Starbucks is that you can always go in and have a coffee or tea and have a place to sit and read or chat. The vibe is always very chill and typically they are open everyday which is the case with this place. We are in France so opening everyday is not common but when you find a place that is so, it’s like gold. Bathroom just needs to always be clean obviously and have soap and towels.

Unfortunately, my White Chocolate Mocha was not prepared correctly, and when I asked for it to be redone, the staff member did it but was not friendly or smiling, which is disappointing since good customer service should make guests feel welcome. Even after being redone, the coffee did not taste good. On the positive side, the cashier was very kind and welcoming. Sadly, the store itself was also quite dirty, with unclean floors and tables, which added to the disappointment.
