Unfortunately, my order was disappointing. The sandwiches were excessively smothered in sauce, to the point of being inedible. This is by far the main problem. On one of the sandwiches, the meat wasn't evenly distributed, only present on one side. I contacted the restaurant simply to report the problem, calmly and respectfully, explaining that this kind of mistake can happen. However, the person on the phone had a completely unprofessional attitude: no apology, no attempt to listen, and a cold, mechanical response, as if customer feedback were a burden rather than useful information.
