Mi G (MG)★★★★★An outstanding gastronomic experience at La Pêcherie in Rouen Dining at La Pêcherie was an excellent gastronomic experience from start to finish. The seafood quality is truly remarkable: the oysters were exceptionally fresh and perfectly balanced in flavor, and the scallops were absolutely outstanding—cooked to perfection, delicate, and refined. The dessert was also delicious and well thought out, providing a wonderful ending to the meal without being overly heavy. Service deserves special mention. The entire team was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Every interaction felt warm
Conrad★★★The oysters were average and overall the experience was just okay. We had a reservation and arrived on time, but the restaurant was very busy and seemed a bit stretched. We were asked to go upstairs, where we had to wait for a table to free up and ended up sitting briefly at a table that hadn’t been cleared yet. The staff did not seem in the slightest bit happy to receive us and wanted to send us back downstairs. It actually felt like we were intruding. Once seated, service was fine but a little inconsistent. There was some confusion around drink orders (not knowing what a dry martini was),
Gabriel Glover★★★★★This was both the best restaurant and meal my wife and I have had in 5+ years together. Most memorable and special meal I can remember. Their octopus is a French octopus that is unique to the area and had the best texture we’ve ever tried, the cod (a rather simple fish) was ridiculously well made and featured 6 different sauces and flavors to blend with, the seafood sampler plate was so built-out and fresh that it set a standard that probably won’t be beat… impressive wine selection as well. All is fair priced. Service was genuine and warm - the staff were polite, patient, helpful, and passion
Marc★★★★★We had a terrific dinner here overlooking the Seine. Including the best fish meal ever (after traveling across six continents) of turbot with a shrimp and caramel sauce served on a delicate French toast. Sounds weird but when it hit my tongue I had was speechless! Great service too!
