The kitchen and the service were not aligned at all. We reserved a 7 course menu and our dinner started at 8:30 and finished at 0:30 and the 3 final meals were served within 30 minutes of the end of the service. Our table was behind the counter and it constantly felt like we were forgotten, especially considering the hour long break between each meal. The bad timing was really frustrating and influenced negatively the experience. Make sure not to take the extra truffle offer, too expensive for unnecessary pairings. A truly remarkable experience. The menu featured classic French dishes like veal sweetbreads and foie gras, giving us a real taste of French cuisine. The waiters took the time to explain each dish in English to our guests. All this in a cozy spot in the western suburbs of Paris. Deserves its star.
