I visited this restaurant after reading the recommendation on Michelin guide. The starter that I ordered was way too salty and could not be eaten. When the waiter came to clear the starter plates I advised him that it was too salty, he just said he will inform the kitchen. There was no replacement nor any apology was given. Then the main course came (slow cooked beef), same problem, too salty. Two of us at the table ordered the same dish and we both observed the same problem, so it could have just been me. My Husband picked and reserved this restaurant because he had heard the kitchen was something special. After an 8 hour drive (Paris to Lyon) we where definitely in need of some good food, I was especially excited because I was going to try Coquilles St Jacques for the first time in my life!
