On our first night in France, we wanted traditional local fare and we found this spot while walking in the neighborhood by our hotel. The server was friendly and welcoming. The spot is quiet and intimate and adorable. We tried the Tarte Flambe, Chicken Cordon Bleu and a creme brulee for dessert. Every dish was incredible. We paired our dinner with some local Riesling which was delicious. Great portion sizes, amazing service, and very fairly priced. Highly recommend!

We decided to stop by this spot because the menu caught our eye, and the cozy vibe of the place pulled us in. Our instincts were spot on! Greeted by a warm and friendly host, we went with a classic Flammkuchen and a chicken and Emmentaler salad. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, but the Flammkuchen really stood out—it was perfectly crispy, well-topped, and simply fun to eat. The salad had a unique seasoning that made it equally enjoyable. To complement the meal, we each had a glass of Riesling, and for being in the city center, we found the prices to be very reasonable. We had really good foods and the service was very friendly. The credit to the lady who was super sweet and always take care of the guests.

Service is really good, place is cosy and warm but food wise not the best place in town. Yes the food is alright good but quantity wise it's a bit lacking for the price and type of plate you order (except maybe for the salad that seemed huge). Order a Tarte flambée or salad and you'll be fine. For baeckeoffe or choucroute I think there are better addresses to go to (if you want value / taste for money).
