Best place to have a brunch especially you’re not a French and enjoy plenty of food before the afternoon. Quick English-speaking service, delicious kitchen and nice atmosphere. Must-visit

We spent a couple od days in Toulon and stumbled across Cafe POP and what a find it was. The atmosphere, food, drinks and service were brilliant! We loved every moment and will definitely be back next time we visit! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Rum RATU: if you think you dont like rum: try this one! Gentile and strong with flavors of banana and vanilla. I love it! Also, nice terrasse and kind staff.

A M★★

Maybe it was the last Sunday before Christmas, maybe everyone was tired, but still: Service was inattentive and slow although the place was empty, and the waiters didn't care to say hi or bye. The chicken tandoori was at most lukewarm, the pitas weren't pitas, more like a foccaccia-ish kind of bread, and a tad of rice wouldn't have hurt. Flavours were alright, not at the level of any random indian restaurant, but alright. The place feels like a typical hipsterish-commercial post-covid out-of-business-school food-bar concept where no one gives a damn, at least for food so.
