Fives stars? Why not? The crumble: crumbly in all the right places, with a sumptious and satisfying peaty aroma. You won't go wrong with the cheesecake, either - I have it on good authority that it is "yummy". They have teas on offer, which are well explained in terms of flavour profile, and the execution stands up to the hype. Dip's Tea gets a five from me. J'ai kiffé.

Dip’s Tea’s Sunday brunch was the best meal I had in Toulouse! The standout elements of the meal were that there were no standouts….every element brought to the table was excellent. The SCONES were moist with a crisp slightly sweet outer crust, the bread had fantastic flavor and crumb. The spinach, egg, mascarpone and chèvre tarte was so light, each mouthful was like a cloud. I also highly recommend the millionaire shortbread I had for the dessert. The brunch as a whole was delightful and served such variety without being too much to eat.
