I'm a loyal customer of Paul St Jacques. I appreciate the breads, the pastries, and the shop itself, which is decorated for the different holidays throughout the year. But I must say that if the service weren't so good, I wouldn't go there as often. Chloé, the manager, Céline, and Valentin, whom I see most often, are professional, pleasant, and always smiling, contributing to the great atmosphere. Quite disappointed. The staff seem genuinely happy to be working, The dishes are dirty, And a charge for eating in? Never seen that before. I don't really care about the charge, but when I see other reviews mentioning unpleasant staff and the state of the dishes, it's a problem that isn't even being taken seriously.
