My wife and I had a great time when we visited Troyes. The owner is kind, attentive and very knowledgeable. The drinks were reasonably priced; they had various signature cocktails on theme with the motive of the bar as well as classics if requested. The decor was well thought-out, worthy of the name of the bar, with charming detailing if you look close enough. They had great music, the volume of which was just right for us: high enough to keep an energetic vibe but at a level where you can hold a conversation comfortably. The clientèle was a mix of locals and tourists.
