Good, fresh food, quality coffee, a nice area to sit in, attentive staff. Without reading the brochure you can tell it’s a franchise. Not a problem. Franchises can work well. It’s styled from a corporate head office, aimed to be replicated. Definitely not a small business. The menu reads well, lots of options both sweet and savoury, if not a few too many options.
