I am very disappointed with my visit to this location on the 18.03.2026. While waiting for my train, I was asked by the manager to leave my seat. Even though I explicitly offered to place an order immediately to stay as a paying customer, my offer was rejected and I was told to leave. He refused my money, refused to give me his name, and instead immediately threatened me with the police. Because I didn't want to miss my train or deal with the inconvenience, I left. Be aware that the coupons after paying to use the restroom only work if you order from the counter. The coupon does not scan in the automated kiosks and the information that the coupon only works at the register is not provided in the sign about the bathroom policy. The staff is unable to help with the coupon after a purchase has been completed. The bathroom was also wet and had a strong unclean aroma. The food was typical McDonald's quality.

The legendary fast food chain right in Bahnhof-Bamberg. Clean, fast and efficient. They have McCafe as well, grab a cup of cappuccino and order a piece of their yummy cake and sit down comfortably. They have clean restrooms though it is small. WiFi is available and you can place your order on their automated order machine and pay with your bank card and pick up your order right there, so easy and no staying in long queue.
