Charming old-school Berlin bar and restaurant, it's been around for a very very long time. Had not been by in quite some time, but it is always worth a visit. The interior is incredibly cozy and it can be busy, so if you're in a group, reservations are probably a good idea. If you're by yourself, you may end up sharing a table with some new friends, which can also be pretty nice.

Schnitzel was extremely good and well priced, and the portion size wasn't small! The servers were very nice and helpful. Lovely, traditional german restaurant! I'm going to have to give the service a 4/5 due to the fact that they don't accept cash. However, there's an ATM a few metres away.

So German, so delicious, so great! Delicious food, generous portions, lovely candle on the table. There was a really nice traditional German pub atmosphere and the staff was very friendly.

This place had been on my bucket list for two years, and yesterday, back in Berlin, I finally made it to Prenzlauer Berg. This now 112-year-old pub is exactly what you miss as a German when you live abroad: a timeless, nostalgic atmosphere with comforting food I grew up with in Germany. Very friendly staff. The red beer called “Rollberg” was a very nice option alongside the “Berliner.” I will be back.
