My favorite café in Bonn. It has almost the longest opening hours, and many cozy seats available. Friendly for students and freelancers. In the city center, easy to approach. You can enjoy a good view when you look out the window. The staffs are very friendly.

My favorite place to pick up some coffee to go or to enjoy it inside with some snack. The staff are always nice and polite, they help you to choose your drink if you are not sure and redo it without any problem if something is off. During working days there is barely a que, but during weekend the staff works extra fast to not make us customers wait in the line. This place is always clean and nice, I love to just chill and relax here with a cup of coffee. I always come back 🫶🏻

Very disappointing customer service. From the moment I walked in with a smile, the staff looked incredibly unwelcoming, as if I had done something wrong. I said "thank you" both when ordering and when picking up my drinks, but I was completely ignored both times. To make matters worse, they didn’t give me a straw for my cold drink, which is impossible to drink directly from the lid. Since straws aren't available in the self-serve area, I had to ask for one, and the barista made an annoyed face at me just for asking. This experience completely ruined my mood.
