This Backwerk store is a very comfortable place. I enjoyed my choco-cappuccino. Outside there are some chairs and tables under huge shadows and rain umbrellas. It was a nice time. I will visit it again.

In addition to the food being dry, the cashier girl charged me more money, it was €0.50 but if you do that to all customers and put that money in your pocket, one day you earn the same as working! Not to mention that they are super bad-disposed and with an arrogant face! Horrible!

This place did not meet my expectations by far. I did not feel like I was in a cozy bakery, but rather in a discount store. The products are good, but the service needs a lot of improvement. This store should also make some changes from a sustainability standpoint. The BackWerk is definitely not worth a visit.
