We went to this restaurant today to break our fast. The decor is very modern with a touch of Mediterranean flair, evident, for example, in the tableware. The service was first-class—very polite, quick, and friendly. Our table was cleared promptly, and the staff was very attentive. I ordered salmon, and my friends ordered meat dishes. The soup as a starter was good. The main course was excellent; the fish was succulent and cooked to perfection, and the temperature was warm and just right. The vegetables were al dente, and the potatoes were also good. My friends' dishes were also very good,

Our restaurant visit was a complete success. Even the appetizers were impressive, especially the çiğ köfte, which were perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. The main course raised the bar even higher. The rump steak was grilled to a perfect medium, flavorful, and of very high quality. This was our first time at BIMA, and we were thrilled. The ambiance is beautifully designed, very cozy and stylish; you immediately feel at ease. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being intrusive. The food was fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious. The dessert was also incredibly tasty.
