We’ve stayed at this lovely German hotel several times over the past few years, and it’s always a pleasure. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are spotless, tidy, and comfortable, nicely sized, though not overly large. The breakfast is fresh, plentiful, with lots of local food. I especially appreciate the quiet rooms that face away from the street; they offer a peaceful retreat. In the rooms above the restaurant, you may occasionally hear guests chatting as they leave in the evening if your windows are open, which I usually prefer. Quiet, well-kept, reasonably priced hotel just a few minutes' walk from the centre. The rooms are clean, contain everything you need, even a kettle, which is unfortunately becoming increasingly rare, and there is also a free parking space in the courtyard. The breakfast buffet is very varied and plentiful, making lunch superfluous. The staff are friendly and professional. A clear recommendation!
