I've ordered several times before and have always been satisfied with the pizza. If something was wrong, I always sorted it out by phone and received a replacement. What I experienced today was so outrageous and unbelievable. I ordered pizzas, and one out of three was missing an ingredient. On the phone, I was asked to send pictures as proof to a private number via WhatsApp. After that, I was given a runaround and then no response. That's so rude and unprofessional.
