Review update-March 18, 2026. The owner of the Cxielo Restaurant complained about my truthful review, in which I originally wrote that “the service was slow and the food was average.” The owner didn’t like that and claimed I wasn't even a customer, just someone trying to smear their good reputation, so Google Germany removed my review. However, Google conducted a review of the case and asked me to prove that I was a customer indeed. Since this was a business trip, I had all the receipts for the expenses I incurred. So, I provided Google with a receipt, and that was enough for them to reinstate
