I visited Mimo Nudelhaus for the 1st time and came away really impressed. From the moment I walked in, the service stood out, staffs were extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout the meal. We ordered quite a variety of dishes: braised beed noodles, fried shrimp noodles, braised pork belly with potatoes rice bowl, fried rice with chicken strips, plus three braised items, spicy Sichuan chicken, spicy pork intestine and spicy pork belly. ⭐️We chose this cozy place right off the Herne main street for a long awaited gathering of three old friends. ⭐️The dishes are authentic. Particularly delightful is the cucumber salad. The cucumber pieces are extra crunchy and the dressing is a vibrant mix of flavors. ⭐️We could specify the types of noodles for any of the noodle dishes. The default is the super thin and round spaghettini type. But thicker or broader varieties could be swapped in. The menu offers a guide. ⭐️Some entertainingly erroneous translations aside, this place is totally legit.

The service is perfect. I arrived at 3 pm and had to wait for 2 hour to get in but worth to try. Personally the soup is a bit fatty but overall is good. The portion is not very much but it is free to refill ( the refill portion is also not that big but nice to have! ) I will come again
