The chef is also the owner. We ordered schnitzel, sausage, sourkraut, salad, and potatoes. Food was outstanding and reasonably priced. The schnitzel gravy is the best!This place is everything we were looking for in an authentic Germany pub/ restaurant. Visiting from the USA, but we will be back for sure.
