I enjoyed sitting outside and had 2 beers. When i came to pay the waitress for the two drinks at €10.50,I gave her a €50 note. I tried making an effort to speak German in the interaction,she thought I was tipping her €20 for some reason. The waitress gave me the wrong change. So I challenged her. I did get the correct change in the end but could hear her laughing to her colleagues about me at the bar. Honesty and courtesy are important. Not very professional of her. I normally tip but this just annoyed me.The beer tasted good but was a bit flat.

We enjoyed our meal here and it was a pleasant day outside. We had noticed a cocktail being served here the night before, that we really wanted to try, but unfortunately we were there during lunch and the drinks are not served until the evening. The service was okay and in all we had a pleasant experience here.

Traveling all the way from South Africa, I highly recommend Mango Kiel. The food is Amazing, absolutely enjoyed every bite, the portion sizes were huge. And our waitress Medina was so helpful and such a sweetheart, I will definitely be going back

Very cozy and warm restaurant and bar. Friendly and smiling staff. Prices are accurate in terms of what you get. My wife and I both went with a pizza, which was very well-baked with a thin and delicious crust, while the topping, however, was bland and without much taste. Drinks was well-made. They are worth a visit! 👍
