Phang sc★★★Nice rooftop view for Leipzig. We came on a rainy night, but the waitress is helpful enough to replace the outdoor sofa with dry cushion. It is really cool to have a "fire place" nearby the seat. Waiter speaks good English and the environment is cozy and lively.
