We had dinner here and it was not great. The restaurant was almost empty and we were seated quite close to the door, which was fine, but therefore it was cold. The benches were not clean, I was only comfortable sitting there with one of the pillows they provided, so I wasn’t sitting on nasty stuff. I asked for a normal beer when they asked whether I wanted a big beer, and still they gave me a big beer. It was quite clear it was not my intention to order a big beer, but the waitress didn’t reconfirm or check my choice. Also, I ordered extra onions for my burger, thinking they would come roasted

I tried Peter Pane at Hackescher Markt for the first time. The setting is very nice and our waiter, Jahn, was very friendly and nice, we really enjoyed talking to him. He even offered our friend a celebratory cone hat because it was her birthday. I ordered the Nacho Macho with fries and cola. The burger is very filling and the meat is of very good quality. It’s overall an excellent experience. The only thing is that it is pricey, other than, nothing to complain about.

I ordered from Peter Pane and unfortunately had a frustrating pickup experience. I was told my order would be ready in 25 minutes, so I arrived on time. When I got there, I was asked to wait “a few minutes,” which turned into another 25 minutes. After waiting that long, I asked for a clear time and was told 5 more minutes, but there was no proper communication or consideration for the delay. This is not the first time I’ve experienced long and unclear waiting times at this location.
