The Food its self was very good. I especially enjoyed my burger. It was very juicy and the meat was great too! The big problem we encountered was the customer service. Besides the fact that it takes an hour to arrive, we still had to wait longer than that. After calling and asking what happened we were simply told that the food had been forgotten by the driver. The food ended up arriving 1 and a half hours later after ordering it. We weren’t offered a price reduction or an extra side, as an apology which is basics of good costumer service…. So all in all: great food, bad service if you order.

It's okay. The burgers and chips could be better. To me the quality of the meat was the main letdown. The chips could be more flavourful, too. Also, the server didn't know much about the food.
