Delicious pastries, Wide varieties, they have alcohol-free option. I had the cherry pie, mild in sweetness. if you have a sweet tooth I'd go for another option as the cherry is naturally acidic. Staff was very welcoming and sweet, the shop offers Breakfast and lunch options too. As to transportation, I took the bus to Rathaus Rheydt bus stop and from there about 7 min walking distance. #Price: I paid 4 € for the cherry pie and 2.6 € for Espresso

It is a very nice and attractive shop. We bought three items and I was shocked to find the price very high. The packages were not exceptional as well as the tastes of the products.

Heinemann Rheydt is an excellent place for anyone who appreciates fine yet accessible dining. I visited around 11 a.m., when both breakfast and lunch were available. We selected our cakes at the counter and

A very old establishment, it is a landmark in Mönchengladbach. This is by far my most favourite bakery in Deutschland. Their Herrentorter pastry is just awesome. The restaurant is also very good, the breakfast and lunch menu is diverse and affordable. The crowd here is very good, mostly families and senior citizens and the place is generally packed, especially on weekends. So if you are looking to eat here better make a reservation first. The servers are polite and manage the crowds very well. Overall 5 stars.
