Ichigo Ryu★★★★Squash blossoms were amazing. Nice balance between the sweetness from the beets and creaminess from the ricotta. Asparagus ravioli was fine, but brown butter sauce needed a bit more lemon and needed to be cooked a bit more to get more nuttiness. Filling was smooth, but lacked the sweetness that better quality white asparagus have. Carbonara was just fine. Just wished they utilized guanciale instead of speck.
