I had a very disappointing experience at this bakery today (28 April 2026 at 9:17 AM). I clearly ordered a sandwich without any meat, and this was communicated without any ambiguity. However, after taking a bite, I discovered that the sandwich contained meat that appears to be ham (pork). As a Muslim, this is a serious dietary restriction, not a preference. The service was good and the products tasty and had good conversation. The owner was friendly, chatty and had a lot of insight about his product. Its a quaint,up to date hidden gem and great for a quick stop for sweet items as well as moist bread.

Firstly they take credit cards, hurra! Their pain Au chocolat or Schokolade Brot is by far the best I've had. The texture was so wonderful I couldn't believe it. I also had a breakfast sandwich and that was completely unique and super lecker. Also the flour quality here is the best in the world so you can have a bit more bread and not be encumbered by it. Lovely place. All very French and yummy. Please do go! Enjoy!

I had a very disappointing experience at this pastry shop. After paying for my order with a card, I was stopped by the cashier as I was leaving and told that the payment had not gone through. I showed clear proof of the transaction on my phone, but they refused to accept it and insisted that I pay again, claiming that one of the two payments would be refunded later. As a result, I ended up paying more than €12 for something that should have cost around €6. I am a tourist and was not able to return to resolve the issue, which makes this situation even more frustrating. This is not acceptable. I
