Wenbin Chang★Good room, poor amenity. NO air conditioning, no kettle, no coffee machine, everything else is very good. Stayed on July3, 2026, outside temp was 60F, room temp was still 80F, too hot to sleep, can not imagine how one can stay in a hot summer night.

Justin F★★★Very modern, comfortable, and clean hotel in a truly amazing location in Munich. There is a lift, but no A/C, though staff will provide electric fans if you need. This made the room quite tolerable during an unexpected heat wave. Beds were comfortable, and the linens were fresh and clean. Breakfast was... not great. Came down the first day at 8:30 and all the eggs and hot meats were gone. Came down the second day at around 7:45 and all the croissants and pastries were gone. Huh? There was one very overworked server handling the bussing and coffee orders both days. This didn't seem right,
