The staff are very friendly and attentive. And the owner is always around, helping out and never too proud to lend a hand. He always treats his customers with such warmth; you always feel welcome. Once, when a group of eight of us arrived just before closing time, he stayed open longer and served us beautiful sundaes. (We had a reservation, but that's still not a given.) We will definitely be back again and again.
