Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with Freddy Fresh Plauen. While I was in town, I wanted to buy a pizza there. I decided against it because the entrance door and handle were covered in bird droppings. But since I was really craving a Freddy pizza and had always been completely satisfied in previous years, I thought, "Okay, I'll have it delivered." And that's when the trouble started! 1. The delivery driver was very unfriendly and rude. 2. When I unpacked the pizza, it was cold and completely soggy. Never again! I'd rather get a kebab!

The new owner is still benefiting from the old reception area. Freddy Fresh used to stand for quality, and you could taste the difference. I placed a large order today... The taste and preparation were more like a €7 pizza than a €16 one... I'm extremely disappointed... This will probably be my last time there, and I'll lose my job too, since I always placed the orders... What a shame... I wonder if the press will write about it; they certainly made the young owner look very positive...

Unfortunately, I was incredibly disappointed when I opened the pizza box :( It had nothing to do with extra salami, and on top of that, the quality of the pizza was in no way commensurate with the high price... What a shame

Hi everyone, I just have to get something off my chest. We just ordered from the popular Freddy Fresh Burger and were really looking forward to our food. We were greeted warmly at the restaurant, which I really appreciated. When we got home, we were eager to dig in. But as soon as I opened my delicious burger, I was completely full. They're not what they used to be. Our burgers weren't assembled with any care, and the buns were very dry and, in my opinion, inedible. Sure, the recipe is fine, but this is unacceptable, especially when you're selling burgers for €13-15 and the quality is terribl
