Daniel Wang★★★★★Definitely a nice lunch experience! We ate at Backstoltz in mid-March 2026. Our waitress was friendly and the food was excellent - we had two of the (veal) Kalbschnitzel with asparagus, the Gnocchi with spinach and parmesan, and the Cassoulet with duck, sausage and beans. All of the dishes were delicious, with nice portions too. The bill, with sparkling water, a beer, and red wine from Chile, was just under €100 for 4 persons. We are happy to recommend this restaurant to all friends and fellow travelers 🙂
