Around 20:30 I arrived in this Mc. I've tried to place my order, but there was some inconvenience with de machine. Okay, another machine. At 20:47 my order was finally placed. I have waited 15 minutes, but still, mine wasn't ready. They were working hard, but it was very crowdy. For me, it took too long. I didn't feel well, as I mentioned at the counter. I asked for a refund. The man said: your order is on its way, so hold on. After another 5 minutes of waiting and no sign of my order (not even a part of it), the only thing I could do, was walk away, without my food nor a refund. I was really

Waiting for food at fast food over 15 minutes is really not great and waiting 30 minutes is even worse while the staff goes around you and see the sign that you are waiting for your order and then even telling you that your order is not there in the system . Food was not so great either, burgers filled with way too much sauce or almost not sauce at all. Really messy stuff. I understand that staff may be overworked but some things you can't excuse.

The lady at the drive through has scolded me twice on two different occasions. The first time because she could not hear me and the second time because I did not state that I wanted a curly fries menu. I am actually very surprised as I expect a happy experience when going to McDonalds. ( all this was in German)

Quite unexpected - every order is marked by staff as if served in seconds. In reality you wait until someone decides to do it. We waited 25 min until it had been admitted they lost our order.
